Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be made in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date, including no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Any modifications to the reservation are subject to availability and the applicable rate conditions.
